Our peaceful oceanfront guest cottage is situated at the end of the Red River Road, near the start of the Pollett's Cove hiking trail.

Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, you'll enjoy a comfortable and quiet sleep, a farm-fresh breakfast delivered right to your door, a hot outdoor shower overlooking the ocean and mountains, and the peace and solitude (and stargazing) that comes with staying at the edge of a nature reserve on Cape Breton's northwest coast.

The guest cottage is equipped with a kitchenette, mini fridge and BBQ, wifi, boardgames, campfire pit and large ocean facing deck.  We invite you to stroll down to the organic garden where you can watch the sunset, hear the waves, and watch birds dive into the ocean.

You'll be staying in a private cottage on our 71-acre oceanfront property, which has been in our family for over a century.   Our accommodations are separate, but we are available to help make your stay in the area a wonderful and memorable experience.

*There is no breakfast in August, as we are on family vacation.

This is the kind of place you want to tell everyone about,
but selfishly want no one to know about
so you can keep it for yourself.
